Topic: Night time waking

Night time waking

My son is nearly 5 months old and is on a good 4 hour routine during the day. He sleeps well, either in his cot (in our bedroom) or on the move in the car or the buggy. We have a consistent bedtime routine. He doesn't suck his thumb and won't take a dummy. He is b/f apart from a dream feed that is given to him at about 10 o'clock via a bottle, he is not always interested in this feed and often only takes 3 oz. Of late he is regularly waking up at 12:30 and unable to get himself back to sleep, I often result in B/f him, as it is the only way I can guarantee he will sleep. He then wakes again 2, sometimes 3 times in the night approx every two hours. After a week of depleted sleep, I am looking for some advice please.
