11 week old feeding frequently at night

I have an eleven week old baby who is feeding very frequently at night. He is breast fed but I introduced a formula feed at 10.30pm. Since introducing this feed he is waking around 0230, 3.30, 4.30 wanting fed. I am exhausted. I introduced the dream feed five days ago.
He is sleeping a lot during the day. I try and wake him every three hours for a feed but often he won't feed and just screams as he wants to go back to sleep. I think he may have his days and nights a bit mixed up.
He goes to bed around 1830 and is put down awake. He often won't take a feed before bed but he will sleep till his dream feed.
Any advice on how to get him to sleep through and stop feeding through the night would be much appriciated!!
