Hi there,

I tried PUPDCD yesterday for my baby's nap, and also in the night to get back to sleep. The first few times he stops crying as soon as I pick him up, and stops as soon as I start to put him down. As the book suggests I place him completely down before picking him up again, but after a few minutes he seems to get more distressed and starts to struggle in my arms so it takes longer and longer to stop him crying so I am ensure whether to continue or not, please can you advise me?
