Hi there, my son is 9 1/2 months old and he has been sleeping with me, in my bed for the past 6 months or so. Now I'd like to transfer him to his own bed, as he wakes up a lot during the night and feel we would both be much happier sleeping in separate beds. Any advice on how to do the transition? And how long it takes? And would it help my baby sleep better? thanks m.

	Quick update - things are definately improving here. Today Orlando slept half hour in the buggy this morning, and just over 1h in his cot this afternoon. He is getting used to his new routine and it's working, I think. This evening he went to bed at 7:20 and cried for about 30 seconds or less... Am so pleased!!! reply by sleepy10245 - 11 weeks ago
