Twins - different sizes -6 wks old - how to routine with a toddler as well!

Hi,
Daniel & Evie are 6 weeks 5 days (2 wks 1 day adjusted). Evie was 4lb2oz at birth and is 7lb now; Daniel was 6lb at birth and is 10lb now.
Daniel is bf, Evie is mainly bottle fed - I have been trying to get her to bf since she was born but she was too small, then had tongue tie, then as she got bigger she still struggled so last Saturday we took her to a specialist who found she had posterior tongue tie so this was snipped as well. She is on approx 6 bottles of formula of which she takes anywhere between 50ml and 120ml and 2 bottles of ebm a day.
I haven't started any routine yet, and they have been-ish demand fed to a roughly 3 hourly cycle although allowing to sleep when they have past this sometimes to 4.5 hours. Daniel now will do a longish sleep in the night at some point of 4-5.5 hours. Evie wakes in the night every 2-3 hours, but if left will sleep in the day and go 4.5 hours without a feed. I have woken her every 3 hours today in the day hoping this will help with not much success.
So - a) I know it's still very early - when should I start a routine and what should this be?
b) Should they be on different routines as they are different sizes and fed differently?
c) how does anyone manage to routine twins with a toddler as well?!
d) how does anyone manage bedtime with twins and a toddler?! - ie impossible to get them all down for 7?!
All help greatly appreciated!
Michelle

Yippee!!Hi
Amazingly they slept in their cribs last night after each feed with no pupd needed! Started bedtime at 7. Daniel slept from 9.30- 3.45 and 4.05-6.15and Evie from 9.45- 1.20, 1.40-5.30. Evie doesn't nap past a sleep cycle in the day, and Daniel always has a long first sleep - about 2.45-3hrs.
Should I be tackling these too?! Do they matter?
Thanks x
