jetlag

hi team...help please...
I have just flown from the UK with my daughter to Australia and im really struggling with her night time sleeping and hoping you can help me with her jetlag. As soon as we arrived I have tried to get her back on her old routine and during the day this is working really well. she is napping at her usual times and wants to sleep longer but I wake her for her bottles at her scheduled times. When she goes down at 7pm she sleeps till 11pm then wakes and wont self settle. I have gone in and put my hand on her tummy till she calms and she goes back to sleep but only for an hour. this continues till morning. we have been here 2 nights so far and the same thing has happened both nights. I know its a long way for a little bubba so maybe she is just going to take a good few days to get back into the swing of things but thought if you have any ideas to help that would be great. I have done PUPD with her previously and for the last 3 months she has self settled and since Dec she has been sleeping 7 to 7 without any waking during night. really hope all my hard work hasnt gone down the drain!! any help greatly appreciated.
