22 month old suddenly not napping?!

Hi my little girl is 22 months old now has slept well for a while now. Her routine is as follows

wakes up 7ish, no later than 7.15
breakfast 8am
snack 10am
lunch 12
nap 1-3
snack 3pm
tea 5pm
bath 645
bed 7.30, straight to sleep no problem

But then last week I put her down for her nap at 1 and she chatted to teddy and sang herself songs for 2hrs!! Very sweet but by tea time she was worn out and very grumpy and begged me to take her to bed at 7!! She has done this all week but tonight it came to a head, any reserves she had are gone, and by 6pm she went into meltdown, no tea, bath, or story, screaming for me to take her to bed. She was asleep in 2mins flat. My question is is this normal for her age is she just dropping her nap? I think she still needs it as she cant cope past 6 without it and it just seems a bit sudden, goin from a 2-2 1/2 hr nap to nothing over night..

Any thoughts grateful, even if the answer is this is normal lol
