7.5 month old poor daytime naps
My daughter refuses to sleep for more than 30 mins at a time during the day. It's driving me crazy and she is constantly miserable meaning she takes up all my time and my elder son doesn't get enough attention. If she sleeps on me, she will sleep for up to 2 hours at lunch but if I rock her in the pushchair it's just 30 minutes and she won't nap in her cot at all in the day. I had the same problem with my son and did cc on him which worked great, but with her it doesn't and after over an hour of crying I gave up. Her routine is
5.40am some bottle and up for the day
7.30 breakfast
9.30 20/30 min nap in pushchair
11.30 lunch and dessert
12.00 sleep for 30 mins
13.30 sleep for 30 mins
14.00/14.30 bottle
17.00 tea and dessert
18.30 bottle and bed
23.00 ish bottle
4.30 bottle
Any ideas what's going wrong? I feel like she can't self soothe although she does occasionally but not very often. In an ideal world I'd like to get her in her cot for naps but I'd settle for an unbroken hour in her pushchair
Thanks
Mel
