I am a Mum of two - a 21/2 year old who generally sleeps well and an 8 month old who does not sleep well - he wakes up about 2 or 3 times a night and it is always a battle to get him back to sleep - I am exhausted running around after two children and go back to work in April so am in desperate need of a good nights sleep before then!!

Hello,

My 8 month old son only sleeps for 3 hours at a time at night, and wakes up wide awake - it can often take 1 - 2 hours to settle him back down.

He is also a poor napper - never really napping for more than 45 mins.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
