Sleeping through the night

Hi, Just wanted to check what age in your experience a baby should be sleeping through the night. Oliver is currently in a good routine throughout the day (Gina Ford 3-4 hourly feeds), and currently weighs around 11lb 8oz, he has sufferend from reflux and also bronchilitus since born so we havent had a lot of time when his been well! Every night is different with him, at one stage around 2 weeks ago he was only waking once between 4-5 am after taking a feed at 11am, but recently is been completly different and each night isnt the same, for example last night he woke at 2 then again 5, he seems to go pretty much 3 hours exactly. Not sure if he is too young to start any sleep training through the night yet. We used PUPDCD to get him in his cot at 7.30pm which worked really well after a couple of days.
Not sure if the reason for not sleeping is due to only taking 4oz bottles? your advise is appreciated.

Yippee!!The best night ever! He slept from 7.30pm-7.00am without a peep! We are moving house this weekend so hopefully this does not mess him about. I will try to keep his routine the same to avoid it, any suggestions? How long should he sleep thru for until we start working on putting him in his cot for naps?
