Naps for 15 month old
I Think I need to move Aidan to 1 nap, but am finding it difficult!
He used to sleep at 10am for 1hr30 and at about 2.30 for 30 mins. About 4 months ago, both naps went to 30 mins, but only when he is at home, with his childminder they stayed long!
So I cut the 1st nap down to 20 mins and for a week or so I got 1hr30 nap in the afternoon. Then that nap went to 30 mins too.
I have tried to go by his cues, but I get 30 minute naps and then a very grumpy toddler all day.
So I think I may need 1 nap. He wakes around 6.30 am.
Is it ok to start putting him down at around 12/12.15? This seems like a big jump to stay awake for, but will he just get used to it after a few days?
The problem I have is he can't go down earlier, say 11.30, because of the childminders school run.
