Topic: a bit of everything really!

a bit of everything really!

I have used this forum previous with great sucess. Isabelle is now 12 months old and we are having a little 'blip' with her sleep which is affecting the days/eating and her mood and i wonder whether you can help me work out what to tackle first etc.
Naps- 2 naps a day totalling 3 hrs.
Bed- anything from 18:30 to 20:00 depending on how tired she is ( we are also trying early and late bedtimes to see whether it helps with early morning waking!)
She goes down happy for bed and all of her naps and seems to love her sleep really.
She is recently waking at least 1 x a night around midnight to 2 ish initially happy and then getting increasing frustrated until i finally go in to her and offer her milk ( i know this is wrong at her age?!) she takes some and then will finally put herself back to sleep.
She normally wakes for the day around 04:45 to 05:00 ish. Itry and leave her in her cot until 06:00 and then get her up for the day.
The issues are that she is waking up tired and once she has played for a while, had milk she would happily go down again for a nap at 07:00, i try and keep her up until 08:30 ish but she refuses breakfast normally as she is too tired. I presume this means she is not just an early morning riser as she seems so tired when she wakes I have tried giving her milk at 05:00 ish and normally she then goes back to sleep until 06:30 to 07:00. Is this encourang her to wake early do you think? I know the milk is probably something to tackle and i have sucessfully done it with cc before, is this still suitable for her at 12 months old? any thoughts re any of the above greatly appreciated as i am keen to get her sleeping through consistently and also if possble sleeping bit later than 04:45! thanks so much once again
