Lunch time nap a struggle
Over that last week or so we have managed to get into a pattern of sleeping through the night (nearly 6 months old) so from 7.30 put down - no noise and asleep very quickly to 6.20 wake up
The first nap of the day goes well , put down at 8.50 asleep by 9am duration 1hr 10m or 1hr 15m.
The lunchtime nap seems to be a struggle and we have at least 30 mins of noise before sleeping (I tend to not go in as this seems to make things worse). I have been doing lunch at 12.00 then putting down at 12.40 is this too late? Usually the duration of this nap is 1hr 15m or so.
We have a final nap usually 4.15 / 4.30 to 5pm often taken in buggie.
We are on 3 meals a day, fruit and veg etc... will be introducing meat etc next week when 6 months old. We are also struggling with using a cap so at meal times there is very little fluid consumed.
Routine is
Wake up 6.20am
Nappy
