15 month old refusing nap and waking at night. Help!

Kitty was 15 months old on Xmas Day. Until about a week ago, she was doing her lunchtime nap (LTN) with no problems.

Her routine is as follows:

Any time between 5-7.30 (depending on her night) Wake up
We don't get her up until just before 7am then BF
7.30ish Breakfast (cereal and fruit)
9.30/10 snack
11.30/12 lunch (sandwich, yoghurt, fruit)
1pm put her down for her nap. She was doing 2 hours +
3pm up from nap may have snack
4.30/5pm supper - has been a bit hit and miss. She's getting fussy.
6.15/30 Bath, BF in her brother's room.
7pm Bed.

I've been trying to drop her BF before sleep as she has been using me as a dummy. Some nights she'll go through until 5/6. Others, she will cry on & off (at about 2am) for up to 2hrs. If she sleeps through she wakes early. If she has cried she may go a bit later.

We leave her to cry without going in as it seems to make her worse. I leave her indefinitely at night but can't bear to leave her longer than about 90 mins in the day.

I'm not sure what to do. She won't drink milk from a beaker/bottle. Her 3 year old brother still takes a 2 hours nap at lunchtime!

It's starting to really stress me out. She's not hot, cold and I offer her water before she goes down so not thirsty.

I could really do with some help.

thanks.
