8 month wakes in night and at 5am, no rountine

Hello
I have an 8 month old boy who still wakes in the night for a bottle. However every night is different, for example one night he may sleep at 7.30pm and wakes at 1 for bottle, or sometime he will got to bed at 8.00 then wakes up at 11.00pm wide awake.
Everyday day is different i have no rountine and think this is the problem but dont know where to start.
He is a big baby, i have even tried to give him ready brek before bed but he still wakes, in night for bottle. i have not tried any sleep training as i have a 2.5 year old next door, and i dont want him to wake as he refuses to go back to sleep.
I am on my 11th week of been up during night and i have not slept past 5am for 11 weeks. i'm struggling to deal with baby nad toddler during day, and i return to work in Feb full time and working shifts. The situation is also causing relationship problems between me and my husband, please help, im desparate.
