9 week old baby fights sleep

This is my first baby, and he suffers from wind/colic. He is usually great if you take him out as he will sleep in car or pram, but when in the house he doesnt like going to sleep and will fight it. i try putting him in his cot, bouncer, play gym, using dummy, rocking, holding and somedays one of these may work but the next not (i dont sdo these all at same time). he doesnt use the dummy much and doesnt rely on it, he doesnt fall asleep after feeds. he screams and cries as he is trying to get to sleep when in the house. at night he goes down in his cot but wakes after 30 mins crying and is difficult to settle, he doesnt seem to sleep deeply in his cot but will in our bed. he also looks like he is crying in his sleep and it gets quite loud and distressed but i dont know if i should just leave him or go to him. i always do go and usually end up picking him up. at the moment he only goes to sleep in our arms if we put him down awake he either cries or lies awake for hrs, or we hold him until he is asleep trying to judge when it is a deep sleep, if we put him down too early when asleep in our arms he just wakes up. he feeds every 4hrs, but is still having his 3am feed. we stopped dream feeding as he would wake with wind from this. he has a bedtime routine of bath/feed/bed with lgihts low and wave music on. if he does go to sleep in the house the longest is usually 45min during the day. at nt he sometimes goes a bit longer but still wakes frequently.

i would like some advice on what i should do about him crying in his sleep, and also how to solve him not wanting to sleep in house and getting him out of our bed.
