How to help my little one sleep through the night
Hi there
First of all, many thanks for your previous advice. My little girl can now settle herself to sleep within 5-10 min and we don't need to hold or rock her at all.
She is now 15 weeks. Her routine in the evening is as follows:
5pm Feed
6pm Bath/Massage
6:30pm Tank Feed
7pm Sleep
11pm Feed
Her last feed is at 11pm and then the following day at 7am. She is still waking up a couple of times (first time usually close to 4:30am and then 6am) during the night but none requires feeding.
We have the following questions:
1. When can she start sleeping through from 7pm to 7am, ie. at what age can she drop 11pm feed?
2. If this is the time to drop the night feed, how can I make sure she feeds enough during the day? Which feed (s) should be increased first?
Recently we notice some signs of teething (sucking, drooling) although it seems too early for a 15 weeks old? She has a few sleepless nights ... how long normally will it last?
Thanks in advance.
