I am the mother of Ben (12), Caitlin (10), Ewan and Joseph (6 year old twins). I have been developing The Baby Sleep System for the last 11 years, using academic studies, my own research and working practically with parents.

For the last seven years I have mentored many parents through the principles of The Baby Sleep System.I now run my own baby sleep company www.babysleepanswers.co.uk and am thoroughly enjoying helping thousands of parents to get their babies and toddlers to sleep.

Mentor-Wendy is parent to four children in all, most recently twins, Joseph & Ewan (7 years, 2 months old)

There are two ways to use the support forum.

Main Forum

Firstly you can post a new topic (click on New Topic at the top of the page). Other forum members and/or the Dream Team will respond and do their best to help you.

The Forum is designed to be used for quick questions and answers and you will need your book to hand to refer to. You should stick to one thread even if you think you are asking a question about a different sleep issue. This is so that the Dream Team can see what advice has already been offered and the full details of the case to date.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours - questions are answered in the order of the last post. If you asked a question 20 hours ago and then post another one 10 hours later, other peoples posts placed at 20-10 hours ago will be answered before your thread is looked at. You will therefore get a faster response if you ask a question and then wait for a reply.

It is also helpful if you complete your profile so that we can see the exact age of your baby (this is updated automatically).
You can also use the search tool at the top of the page to look for posts from parents who are experiencing similar problems.

One to One Consultations

If you need a full review of your case, a personal plan and regular questions answered throughout the day, then a one to one consultation is the way to go.

Click on New Topic and then follow the one-to-one online sleep consultation link. From there you can access our consultation service where you will receive one-to-one support from one of our sleep mentors.
